Tone down the Midnight and Amethyst themes

Their tinted surfaces turned muddy with the warm world showing through, and their bright pastel accents clashed with Minecraft's colors. The surfaces are now close to neutral and the accents less saturated. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <[email protected]>
