Relicense to all rights reserved (source-available)

Remove LICENSE, update fabric.mod.json, README and NOTICES, and stop bundling LICENSE into the jar. Source stays available and open to contributions. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5.5 <[email protected]>
