Clean up third-party material and add attributions

Remove the third-party cape tool, add the Mojang disclaimer, credits and
NOTICES entries (Apache-2.0 GifDecoder, Inter OFL), and bundle license
texts into the jar.

## Credits for assets and ideas
- **Emotes:** modified versions of community emotes made for [Emotecraft](https://emotecraft.org), adapted to Saturn's emote library. Each emote's original author is kept in its `author` field.
- **Black hole cloaks:** variations of NASA imagery from Wikimedia Commons.
- **Fullbright:** the approach is adapted from [Gamma Utils](https://github.com/Sjouwer/gamma-utils) (LGPL-3.0). Only the idea was used; no code was copied.
