Removes mercedes_flow, redbull and redbull_plus from CLOAKS in cosmetics.rs, as part of the third-party content cleanup (saturnclientmc/saturnclient#54).

This only stops these cloaks from being bought. Users who already own one keep it in their list, and the client draws no texture for it.

Deploy together with the matching client release.
