Summary: extended classifyEvent in src/events.js to also handle three new Gitea webhook event types — pull_request (opened/edited, triggers off the PR description like issues does for issue bodies), pull_request_review_comment (inline diff comments), and pull_request_review (overall review body on submit) — all marked isPullRequest: true and flowing through the existing PR-aware job logic in job.js unchanged. Added corresponding tests in test/events.test.js, and updated README.md to document the new webhook triggers to enable in Gitea and removed the now-stale "Known limitations" note about PR review comments not being wired up.
