Fixes #4 and #5. Pulls in saturnclientmc/common#2.

Summary

Build:
- JitPack is replaced with the Gitea package registry (https://git.selimaj.dev/api/packages/selimaj-dev/maven) in the root build.gradle and all 8 versions/*/build.gradle.
- com.github.selimaj-dev:session-java:0.1.6 becomes dev.selimaj:session-java:0.2.0 (selimaj-dev/session-java#2).
- JitPack couldn't build new session-java versions any more, because its GitHub repo is gone. It was also the only thing the client used JitPack for.
common bump to 3b4e1ab (saturnclientmc/common#2):
- reconnect with backoff when the server connection drops, including every Coolify redeploy
- 10 s request and connect timeouts
- the session is published only after auth succeeds
- cosmetics and the player cache are refreshed on reconnect

Merge order

Merge saturnclientmc/common#2.
Move the common pointer to the merge commit on common/master. It currently points at the PR branch head 3b4e1ab.
Merge this PR.

Testing

./gradlew compileJava --refresh-dependencies passes for all 8 versions, resolving session-java 0.2.0 from the Gitea registry only. The package downloads without auth (pom, jar and module all return 200).
Ran 1.21.11 with a real account against a local copy of the server. It authenticated. When the server was stopped, it retried with 1/2/4/8 s backoff, and it re-authenticated automatically when the server was restarted.
Not covered: 1.21.4–1.21.10 were only compiled, since this PR has no version-specific code changes beyond the dependency line. Also not covered: an in-client request timeout, the shutdown path, and cosmetics UI after a reconnect.

Use session-java 0.2.0 from the Gitea registry; reconnect and timeouts 1d56094388

Replace JitPack (which can no longer build session-java since its GitHub
repo is gone) with the Gitea package registry in every build file, move
to dev.selimaj:session-java:0.2.0, and bump common for server reconnect
and request timeouts.

Fixes #4, fixes #5.
